Okay, maybe some people just don’t know what it takes for certain drinks, and how long it requires to be prepared properly. For example, asking for a Guinness. It takes time to pour stout. It takes time to settle, and then poured over again. Bartenders serving Guinness know how long it takes to settle, and will most probably do another drink while waiting. Or cocktails like a mojito or a rainbow cocktail. These drinks are not easy to prepare, and bartenders will take the time they need to serve it to you perfectly. So don’t express shock if it takes longer. It is your fault and not theirs, complaining will get you nowhere. And possibly a much longer wait for the next order.
