Brandy Alexander #3 contains Brandy, Crème de Cacao, Heavy cream, and Nutmeg. All you have to do is in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the brandy, crème de cacao, and cream. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the nutmeg.
