Bushranger #1 contains Light rum, Dubonnet Rouge, Bitters, and Lemon peel. All you have to do is in a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, Dubonnet, and bitters. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
