Drink Description
Absinthe Martini contains Gin, Dry Vermouth, and Absinthe. All you have to do is stir well with ice. Strain into a prechilled cocktail glass. It is very pleasant with an onion stuffed olive. Some bartenders pour a soucon of Absinthe into the glass, swirl it around and then add the martini.
