An esteemed Chef with local and national notoriety - Carlos Marquez has taken his 15+ years experience and crafted a menu of rustic elegance. Showcasing that the freshest ingredients are his muse in both the kitchen and bar, Carlos has established himself as a chef on the cutting edge of New American fine dining.
Indigo Crow's focus is on responsible sourcing. We understand that local food means fresher food and fresher food tastes better. Our second floor features an intimate dining room. The Mezzanine at Indigo Crow is built for any number of events: from business dinners to wedding receptions. With our outdoor patio and private bar, guests can enjoy their experience inside and out, year-round. The Mezzanine at Indigo Crow is open Fridays and Saturdays to the public.
