Buqui Bichi Brewing was founded in 2016 by Luis and Ramon Osuna. Homebrewing dreams started to grow until they blossomed into the first production plant and Tap Room in Hermosillo, Sonora. As time went by, the production plant moved to a larger location, allowing them to brew beers for three Tap Rooms in the city. Buqui Bichi Brewing was awarded as the Best Medium-sized Brewery in Mexico in 2019, and as the Best Large Brewery in Mexico in 2022. Currently, they have four Tap Rooms in Hermosillo, Sonora, one in Culiacán, Sinaloa, and another one in Chandler, Arizona.
